Existing vehicles for international and inter-agency co-operation such as the Integrated Framework for Trade-Related Assistance to Least developed Countries and the Global Facilitation Partnership for Transport and Trade, should be utilised to the full extent to ensure greater coherence in the identification of needs and the deployment of appropriate capacity building expertise and resources.
